Katie and Gwil's engagement session was one of the best and easiest photo shoots I had ever experienced...Katie in her infinite beauty and grace, Gwil, charming and boyish, a perfect couple if ever there could be one. I remember ending the post thinking (and proclaiming) that this was going to be one amazing wedding....well the day came around last Saturday and I was most definitely in my glory as a photographer. These two are naturals, even the wedding party couldn't believe how every thing that these two did was a perfect photographic image, without even trying! (I love my job!)
To add to the perfection of the day, their ceremony was at my own parish and my daughter's school, St. Mark in Buffalo, with the one and only Father Joe. If you don't know Father Joe, I suggest you drop in to one of his masses....hilarious, blunt, forthright, and absolutely loveable, AND he even SANG an entire song towards the end of mass and was really good!

[kim and bryan]
In addition to working with a sweet little baby this weekend, I had the very unique opportunity to photograph Kim and Bryan's wedding. They both have a very deep rooted love for all things Buffalo Sabres and couldn't keep it from creeping into their wedding as well....the best part is that we were able do our pictures at HSBCFN (whatever it is now!) Arena....and had for the most part, all access to every part of the building. In addition to that, Kim and Bryan had some very special elements to their wedding- a sand blending ceremony, a fire fighter salute and some serious dancing at the reception.

[Holly]
This past weekend I was super honored to have back to back sessions, one of the most fun weddings I have been to in a long time, and a sweet little peanut of a baby. I am going to start with little 3 month old Holly, simply because she is so stinking cute and irresistible and I can't stop looking at her! It was really fun to work with her family too....Holly's parents are the happiest people and I am certain there will be tons of giggles as Holly grows older.
