[stephanie and greg: kristen's take]

Awesome!! I love working with another photographer who has such a keen eye and creative sensibility! Here are just a few of the many beautiful (and I must say hilarious!) images that Kristen got at the wedding....

On May 24, we photographed Stephanie and Greg's wedding....WE being Kristen and I. It was our first official wedding that we worked together, and it was a blast! We really seemed to feed on each other's ideas and took tons of images. The following images are some of the ones I captured, I anticipate posting Kristen's on Monday. The reception took place at Kloc's Grove, in the outdoor area- beautiful!
















Two side notes: this is the second wedding in a row in which the groom and his men were wearing brown- I love it!
Secondly, I can tell that I am either getting older or just falling into the role of being a mom- driving to the church I broke into tears thinking about this someday being my daughter- dad buckling her shoes, the neighbors all outside to see the bride, etc. I'm such a sap :).

Wedding season is now in full swing, and here are some images from wedding #1, 2008. Maureen and Tim were married on May 3 at the Botanical Gardens and their reception was at Harry's. We had an awesome time- Maureen's dad is just hilarious, and everyone was super friendly. What a great way to kick off the season!

on sunday, I braved the cold to meet with molly and greg at the Knox Farm State Park in east aurora NY. This is where they will be getting married in may....what a beautiful place! rolling hills that overlook a valley, a scattering of red farm buildings and even sheep! definitely a great place to go for a spring walk (when it is not 20 degrees anymore.)

i have a feeling that I have a new obsession....it wasn't enough for me to take endless pictures of Sophia (although endlessly frustrating, as she now has her own ideas of good photography that conflict with my own!) now, every day that the light is somewhat nice, a rarity in the february days of late, my camera is seeing a lot of action.

on december 15 i was reunited with the Fabiano family, this time to photograph Leah's wedding to Matt. What a lovely family affair....the ceremony took place at Christ the King in Amherst and the reception was a cozy one at the Stillwater (formerly Lord Chumley's). Leah looked so classic, particularly in her vintage reproduction wool coat....both of them were sweethearts to work with, and afterwards I felt really like a part of the family!
