At the end of June I was lucky to spend another wedding day with the awesome Dearing family...this time it was Megan and John's turn. Everything about the day was relaxed and so elegant, from the ceremony at Christ the King chapel to the reception at the 20th Century Club.

[the hahl family]
I spent a gorgeous evening with the Hahls....we go pretty far back but unfortunately this is the first we've gotten together since our boys were just babies. Nathan and Erin were two of the most fun kids I've been around in awhile- so imaginative and curious. We explored Knox Farm State Park and were treated to super hero flying, ballet dancing and lots of climbing. You can't get much cuter than this family!

[Krista and Max]
I don't often take on winter weddings, and I am not really sure why that is. Krista and Max was my exception this year and I can't be happier with how everything turned out. After some prep time at the Lafayette Hotel, Krista, her mom and sister headed over to the Theodore Roosevelt Inaugural site, a lovely space made even lovelier for the holidays. There they had an intimate family ceremony with dinner and even some poetry afterwards.
